Rashmi Nair

Co-Founder

Rashmi is an engineer and an MBA by education and brings in an overall HR experience of about 20 yrs handling different roles within HR. She has worked in manufacturing, life insurance, Ed Tech and Staffing industry and created high impact results at Leadership positions. She is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, learning and development, employee relations and Talent Management. She's on a lifelong quest to be a traveller and explore different cultures across the globe. Rashmi has the rare ability to recognise what the real need of a client is and create an almost magically appropriate HR intervention for it.

She's warm, personalized and be ready to be impressed with her ability to connect with almost everyone she meets. When she is not working, she is either dreaming/planning for a trip, taking a trip or recovering from a trip. One Life, live it to the fullest she says!

Meet her once and you'll be struck by her intelligence, her quiet attentiveness and her systematic way of working. But meet her a few more times and there are so many more surprising facets that unfold. For one, she's fantastic at providing restaurant recommendations in Bengaluru. She's is constantly looking for and finding better ways to do things.

Varsha did her masters in HR from Indiana Unniversity of Pennsylvania, she brings in a HR experience of about 10 yrs across staffing and tech industry. She has the rare capacity to excel at anything she puts her mind to. With keen interest in varied HR subjects, you will find her immersed in research when she is not busy on her gastronomical explorations or watching her favorite sitcoms.
